In the farm property of Europa Tourist Group, in Bibione, we grow a large variety of typical vegetables and fruit that our guests can enjoy on the inviting buffet of our hotels!!
The harvest starts in April with the famous white asparagus and continues with zucchini, cucumbers, tomatoes, eggplant, potatoes… In June and July it is time for sweet peaches, plums, refreshing watermelons and melons, which become even tastier with the hot sun of Bibione.
To make this production even more valuable, the company has carried out since many years a biological control concept with the introduction of biological control of pests and their continuous monitoring. For years we have stopped the indiscriminate use of insecticides, fungicides and herbicides and grown our cultivation with very selective and environmentally friendly products.
